    @Kwamore, Thanks for posting in Q&A. After translating the error message, it shows the work profile is unable to created. It seems you are using Android Enterprise personally owned with work profile to do the enrollment. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let me know.

    For Android Enterprise, refer to the following support article from Google to ensure that Android Enterprise is available in your country or region:

    https://support.google.com/work/android/answer/6270910

    Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

    Also ensure the device is supported with Android Enterprise:

    https://androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com/devices

    Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

    And if both are met, you can check if any work profile existing on this device. Remove it and try again:

    1. Go to Settings->Passwords & Accounts
    2. Find Work Tab
    3. Remove Work Profile

    In addition, check on the "enrollment device platform restrictions" to see if there's any related restriction set which block our enrollment:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/enrollment-restrictions-set#create-a-device-type-restriction

    Please try the above suggestion and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
