Xbox ID error in application process

Question

Hi,

We are an Australian-based Game Development Studio. We have been trying to submit an application for Xbox ID to get dev kits. We have encountered two errors at the submit stage after completing the introduction, and cannot proceed further to get the NDA.

errors are

"We've encountered an issue!"

and

"publisher-onboarding.Unexpected number in JSON at position 1"

I have tried in different browsers and still get the same errors.

PS. I could not find the tag for Xbox or Developers. Could you please point me to the right group or at least give me an email to contact someone?
