Can we connect storage account from 1 subscription to VM in another subscription

Hi Team,

Recent we did a POC in azure. We created a premium storage account in southeast Asia region and VM in East US region and we can be able to connect to Block blobs in the storage account from region 1 to VM in region 2 with full Read/Write access.

Question is can we repeat same scenario with storage account in southeast Asia with 1 subscription and to East US VM with another subscription (i.e can we connect storage account and VM from 2 different subscriptions)
