c# how to make all traffic in selected eth adapter use internet thru proxy

hi guys heres the image idea of the app that i am trying to make but it still has no codes because i have no idea what do i need to use to make it work

features of the app that i am planning is

-> nic a (for the upstream where proxy will be connected)

-> proxy

-> nic b (all traffic on this nic will connect to internet thru set proxy)

sorry my english is limited that i need to use google translate :(

can you guys help me how can i make it work in c#,

like what do i need to codes to use or to learn and to search.
