    Hello

The Guest account in Windows does not allow for internet access, though you can right click on Edge when logged in as Guest and choose "Run As Administrator" or "as other user". The reason for this limitation is due to lack of security, audit or accountability of the usage of that account.

I would suggest creating a standard user account and restricting it or using parental controls to adjust security, program acess and allowable use of features.

    To Create a User Account:

    Click Start

    Click Control Panel

Click “User Accounts and Family Safety”

    Click “User Accounts”

Click Manage another account. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    Click “Create a new account”

Type the name you want to give the account

    Click an account type

    Click “Create Account”
