Hi @sns,

Please go to manage user profile service application page in CA and start profile synchronization. Check that the newly added users have been synced to your user profile service application. Then go to manage search service application page, select Content Source which contains mysties url and start incremental crawl.

We have noticed every day at 5 am sync haapens, and there is continuous crawl happens

but still the issue persists.
