Outlook plugin Python

Question

Hi

I have followed this guideline [https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/quickstarts/outlook-quickstart?tabs=visualstudio and I was able to insert the code in Viusal Studio. The code was sucessfull, but I have checked in Outlook in the mail as per instruction if add in appears, but this function "add in" is not in the outlook, as per instruction.

How can I check why it was not working as expected ?
