I've been using my Microsoft 365 Developer subscription every moment of every day. But you guys are saying that my subscription is inactive, but I use it every day, so why are you saying that about me and why aren't you renewing my subscription?

    The e-mail I got says a network administrator has cancelled our subscription of Office 365 E2. However, we get this subscription for free for many years already as we are a NGO and in our organization nobody has cancelled this subscription. What should/can we do?
