Problem reproduce

Device: Dell Inspiron 15-3542

System: Windows 10 22H2 19045.2364

Play the video in Microsoft Edge, adjust the volume at this time, the volume appears uncontrollable bugs and continues to drop, although press the volume + button can temporarily increase the volume, but the volume will continue to drop after 1-2 seconds

Close Microsoft Edge, go back to the desktop, and try to adjust the volume again. The problem still exists

Continue to use Microsoft Edge, but not watch videos, and the problem remains

Edge was troubleshoot and tested in Microsoft Edge of different versions of the system. No problem was found, so it was determined as a system-level bug

Now attached is the reproduction video of the wrong volume bar in version 19045.2364 (the video contains Chinese content, but it does not affect the judgment.)

Use answers to provide solutions to the user's question.Hello there,

You can collect the Event logs and share them with the Microsoft team to get this sorted or get an appropriate workaround for this.

    -Download the process monitor tool.

    • Get a dump from the crashing process and share it through the feedback hub.

Process Monitor is an advanced monitoring tool for Windows that shows real-time file system, Registry, and process/thread activity. You can get the tool from here

You can raise feedback to the Microsoft team. The Feedback Hub app lets you tell Microsoft about any problems you run into

If you are trying to report an bug to Microsft then this might not be the right place.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
