Is there a way to migrate Azure Subscriptions to "Modern Billing"?

I have multiple subscriptions in multiple tenants. Some of them have the "modern" billing scheme (billing profiles) others have the "traditional" (legacy?) billing scheme (credit card assigned directly to the subscription).

Is there a way to migrate a subscription from the old to the new billing?
