SCCM 2111 hardware inventory

Dears,

we are facing strange problem on SCCM 2111 , it started after we did in place upgrade on windows server 2012 r2 to 2016 then upgraded SQL database from 2012 to 2019 , after 5 days we discovered that hardware inventory are no longer working or updating on clients , any thoughts about this problem ?

    it is working now after reinstalling BITS then MP
