One User Cannot Send E-mails via Outlook or Webmail but Others can

I have a laptop running Windows 11 (22H2). The user assigned to the laptop has stated that they cannot send e-mails with attachments over 80KB via Outlook, Gmail or our hosted e-mail web portal. The e-mail just stays in the outbox. I verified that the user's e-mail account can send e-mails with large attachments from other computers. I logged onto the laptop in question as a different user and have no issues sending e-mails with large attachments. I have checked everything I could think of on the user account having the issue but I am unable to resolve the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi @Alan Koop ,

Thanks for your feedback above which shared more information and glad to know that your issue is resolved now! Since our forum has the policy that the question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others, and according to the scenario introduced here: Answering your own questions on Microsoft Q&A

I would make a brief summary of this post so that other forum members could easily find useful information here:

    UPDATE:

It appears that the user's Windows account was corrupt. I removed the profile and logged back in as the same user and then everything worked.
