Free Azure Trial lost in one day

I signed for a free Azure trial with $200 credit yesterday and did some Azure labs in Azure Fundamentals labs. Today, when I try to access the Azure portal, I am prompted to select the free trial with $200 credit and I am not acknowledged that I've already signed up for the trial. When I click to select the free trial, it says I already have an account.

So I can't use the free Azure account that I signed up for and I can't create a new Azure trial account. Please advise how this can be fixed.

    Hi,

    Please open a InPrivate/InCognito window and sign in (same account you used for trial) to the Azure portal using link below:

    https://portal.azure.com/#settings/directory

    This should show a list of tenants you have access to, one of which should be your free trial. Click the Switch button next to your free trial subscription if it isn't already selected.
