Will updating 'Custom BGP IP Address' in Azure vWAN Hub VPN Gateway disrupt the entire Hub?

I am trying to add 'Custom BGP IP Address' in our Azure vWAN Hub VPN Gateway for site to site VPNs. When I go to commit the change I get an warning 'Connectivity on the Hub will be interrupted'. This warning is extremely vague. Does that mean connectivity will be disrupted to the entire vWAN Hub, including our ExpressRoute and managed virtual appliances? Or just connectivity of the VPN Gateway to the Hub (and the site to site VPN links)?

    Hello @Grant, Michael ,

I understand that you would like to know if updating 'Custom BGP IP Address' in Azure vWAN Hub VPN Gateway will disrupt the entire Hub.

I checked with the Azure Virtual WAN Product Group team and below is the update:

This edit/change (updating custom BGP IP address on the vWAN hub VPN gateway) will impact the VPN gateway and anything that’s talking to the VPN gateway directly. This will impose the BGP routes to recalculate taking the new BGP IP into account. So, this will definitely impact the connectivity for VPN gateway to the Hub. However, other services like ExpressRoute which do not talk to VPN directly shouldn’t be impacted.

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
