Asking for Authentificator but I do not have it anymore

Hi,

I have a big problemissue. I had to use my hotmail account to write something here because my problem comes from my business account.

I have a new phone the other one broke and the authentificator was on it.

I'm not able to log in because they are asking me to give the code of the authentificator to login. But I do not have it anymore. And this is the only admin account. I would love to write to support direclty but since I can't connect to my account I can't send a ticket I'm stuck in an infinit loop write now and I need to manage my business.

what is the option here ?

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    Also, for in the future, you can create an emergency access account in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason.
