Dictionaries in Document Translation

Does the basic version of Document Translator support Dictionaries or do we need to upgrade to the Custom Translator to leverage our dictionaries/glossaries?

With the custom translator feature, you can train the model with your own terminology and glossaries to improve the quality of the translation. In such a case, Custom Translator is recommended. You can always try which option is best for your use case.
