where to create ticket when stucked somewhere while processing for cloud partner ?

We as company wanted to be Microsoft cloud partner and applied and got the Global and Location partner ID. But now we are stucked in Employee Verification. We have uploated

1. Whois
2. Employee verification documents
3. website screen shots

but after all, there is notification says - Multiple times attempt, we cannot procees verfification.
