I am unable to download my certifications from mcp.microsoft.com or from my profile learn.microsoft.com - There is always some error of something went wrong or Internal Error. I am seeing these error from last 1 year. I recently gave a Microsoft Exam and now unable to download it's certificate. Please see the attached screenshot.
