Defender for Endpoint + Intune Lab trial?

Hi!

I am wondering if it is possible to do a EUD type of lab where I could test things related to Co-Management for example, with Defender for Endpoint.

My goal is to either have a full production resembling solution with ConfigMgr+Intune+defender or at least intune + defender to test things like USB blocking or any other similar security features.

What I found out is that you can run a W11 deployment lab kit, which comes with pre configured infra, and it's awesome, so I thought that I will connect it to a Dev Test tenant...and after connecting I have realised that for some reason Dev tenant does not have Defender for Endpoint, which is what I need the most now except for Intune.

Is there a way to setup some sort of trial for Defender+Intune so I could test a live scenario with a VM on my PC?

Thanks

    Hi,

I believe you will have to setup the trial license for this setup and as you already have dev/test lab you should be able to configure this. [https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/defender/eval-defender-endpoint-enable-eval?view=o365-worldwide

    Hello @

You could navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center and look for the following trails available for 90 and 30 days respectively. This would fulfil AAD P2, Intune and M365 defender for endpoint.

Example: Navigate to M365 Admin Centre > Purchase service > look for security and Identity products and select the product and choose the trial you want:
