Does XAML (UWP) Visual Designer in Blend for Visual Studio 2022 work on Windows 10?

I am trying to design a C# Maui UI in XAML. I read that you can use Blend for Visual Studio to visually program XAML code. So, I loaded a new C# Class project in Blend to attempt an XAML visual edit, though the "Design" tab says "Visual Studio requires a newer version of Windows to display this content. Please update to Windows 11 (10.0.22000.0) or later".
I am currently running Windows 10. Is there any way for me to load this up or does XAML visual editing only work in Windows 11?

That said, regardless of Windows 10 vs Windows 11, there isn't a visual Xaml designer for MAUI. XAML for UWP, for WPF, and for MAUI are all slightly different.

2023-01-27T16:05:16.8666667+00:00 10-4. So now I believe the only outstanding question is do you have use Windows 11 to leverage any visual Xaml designer in Blend, or is there a designer available in Windows 10.
