SharePoint Workflow issue 2010

Question

Hi there.

I'm trying to publish my workflow but it won't let as is says there are errors. It was working until I started adding text in to appear when the email sends.

Images attached and any help would be appreciated.

What could be causing the issue?

Have you meet any error messages? Per my test, everything seems to be normal. This is my test:

Here just need to choose Email Address:

The whole action "Send an email" will have no error:
