I'm being listed on ip version six

When I ping myself as computer name or localhost it responds with Ip version six, how do I disable that? It responds as local ip version six even though i disabled teredo, etc.. Even in adapters unchecked ipv6, even blocked ipv6 with firewall. Why is my computer still listening on Ip version 6? Helps..
