I created a outlook + azure account to do a training in azure vm. I was in New York then, on returning to Berlin my home location I was locked out from my account.
I tried to reset my password by sending a recovery code to my personal account. After using the recovery code I'm asked further questions like skype login, xbox subscriptions which don't make sense as this is a new account. The automated system doesn't let me proceed saying not enough information was available to verify.
Issue is I have a vm running on azure, which I cannot turn off and I keep getting billed on my credit card. It's been 3 months now and reaching out to support on twitter, phone, email hasn't resolved this. I keep getting redirected to outlook support and back to azure support.
