python webapp getting [CRITICAL] WORKER TIMEOUT (pid:130)

HI Admin

i am using azure webapp linux environment to run my simple flask app , which will receive a pdf sends to Form recognizer and returns the output after post processing request by client.

i am using p1v2 plan. region: central india

more often i am getting [CRITICAL] WORKER TIMEOUT (pid:130) not able to solve it ..

and not able to connect to app insights too since its doesn't support app hosted in linux platforms.

pls guide

i am starting the app using this command gunicorn --bind=0.0.0.0 --timeout 600 app:app

@Kesavamurthi D , Apologies for any inconvenience with this issue and my delayed response from over the weekend.

Have you observed this behavior since the Webapp first deployment or started seeing this more recently?

Do you recall making any changes prior to this issue?

You may review and checkout the following information.

If application.py

gunicorn
--bind=0.0.0.0 --timeout 600 application:app

If app.py

gunicorn --bind=0.0.0.0 --timeout 600 app:app

use a different name for the app object, or you want to provide other arguments to Gunicorn, use a custom startup command.

By default, the App Service on Linux container assumes that a Flask app's WSGI callable is named app and is contained in a file named application.py or app.py resides in the app's root folderolder.

Kindly let us know if you're still experiencing this issue. For deeper investigation on this, we would need more information about your WebApp.

thanks ajkuma , we use app.py only and i observed few findings while raising a support request. Linux Zombie Processes

Zombie processes detected during this timeframe. Any help on this..pls
