Office context language isn't correct

Hello! In my Outlook Add-in, I access the Office context's display language in order to localize the Add-in. It appears that the language is always returning en-US, even though I set my Outlook language to a different language (for example, Spanish). I need some support to figure out why this is happening and if it's a bug, a resolution.
