Why can't I see my certification on Learn? Yes I tried connecting profiles (I only have one)

I signed up for Learn. I wanted to merge my certification I recently passed via Certiport. It is the Microsoft Word (Office 2019). I only have one account. This site insists I have multiple. The navigation to seek help is not user friendly and triggers anxiety. The "Tags" portion is not helpful, disregard the Tag. Please advise.
