Hello,

When opening links from messages we get the attached error message stating "We can't check the safety of this website right now. Please try again later." We are getting this for different senders with no pattern. We then have to exit the email and wait some period of time before we can re-enter the email and at that time we are able to use the link. Is there any reason this would show this message at first and then we are able to proceed after waiting?ICC-safelink

Try opening Certificate manager management console in your operating system and check the website certificate purposes that of which you are visiting.

    Update root certificates.

You are desynchronizing from enforced Office 365 advanced threat protection policy at same time which is most likely just floating around there in admin center.

    1. By creating Mail flow rules set this X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SkipSafeLinksProcessing message header value to "1" for specific messages according to your requirement.
    2. Or use the second method: Do not rewrite the following URLs" lists in Safe Links policies.
