MDT blowing up running Unattended XML

Hello

Our MDT has been working fine until yesterday when we started getting this message on all our builds. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this error?

    all our builds

    1, Could you please describe more details about the “all our builds”? Are you deploying the new task sequence or old task sequence? What version of the operating system you are deploying? And please let me know the version of the MDT and ADK.

    2, According to the screenshot your provided, the issue occurs when running the action Install Operating System. Please help upload a full smsts.log for our reference.

    I had the same issue.

    I fixed this by creating a new OS inside MDT or creating new deployment share
