I would like to know why my pc is not supported for Windows 11?

I have a Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz which certainly seems to support the qualifications listed, so I would like to know why my pc is not considered compatible for Windows 11? PC Health Check says everything else is fine.
