Azure Managed MySQL - Flexible server reporting false replication status

Hi,

I have created the "Managed MySQL - Flexible server" and later I created one "read-replica" for that. It seems replication is working fine. But, the Slave_*IO_*Running is reporting "NO". I don't see any replication issues. it is working fine. But, why the "Slave_IO_Running" is "NO". It should be "YES".

             Slave_IO_Running: No
            Slave_SQL_Running: Yes

    Have you tried checking the replication metrics - Replica IO Status and Replica SQL Status under the monitoring blade for the correct status?
