    Hi,

Did you check under the following version locations:

    Mac OS X

    • 10.6 (Snow Leopard): Dock
    • 10.7 (Lion): Dock and Launchpad
    • 10.8 (Mountain Lion): Dock and Launchpad
    • 10.9 (Mavericks): Dock and Launchpad
    • 10.10 (Yosemite): You can start the apps by clicking the app icons which can be found in the Launchpad and Apps folder in Finder.

If not I will suggest you to raise a support case with Microsoft as the download should include all the apps under M365 Business, perform a clean install if possible.

    Hope this helps.
