    Hi,

Do you have any local firewall or AV blocking the service URL? Try from phone or another WIFI connection.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi William Green ,

I understand that you are receiving the error "Microsoft_AAD_IAM extension failed to load." when trying to access the Azure Active Directory blade. I checked to see if there were any internal incidents related to this issue, but as of yet have not seen similar reports. However, if you continue to see this issue after trying my suggestions, I will certainly report this. Here are some steps that often resolve this issue:

    1. Often this issue occurs if there is something blocking the network connection. If this is the case, this issue can often be resolved by whitelisting the required endpoints as mentioned in our Microsoft documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/azure-portal-safelist-urls?tabs=public-cloud#azure-portal-framework
    2. Please try updating the browser to the latest version and check using the Chrome browser instead of Edge to see if you get the same results.
    3. Please try to load the "Azure Active directory" blade from the Search bar by searching for "Azure Active directory" and confirm if you get the same results that way.
    4. If you still receive this error after trying these steps please capture a browser network trace and share if you receive any additional errors when clicking on that page. If all else fails, feel free to reach out to me at AzCommunity@microsoft.com ("Attn: Marilee Turscak") and include your subscription ID and I can enable a support request to investigate your issue.

    Thanks,

    Marilee
