Good Day!

I have trouble migrating my google drive files to my Microsoft 0365. I have utilized mover.io for the migration but these error keeps popping out:

Unsuccessful HTTP response: Unable to retrieve folder listing for: cb881874-a8df-45c6-9d99-344df5246e23

Unable to get contents of this folder: Refreshed OAuth Authorization Token: MAUTHACCESSTOKENINVALID: (404) Not Found: ResourceNotFound: Invalid version: _api

How to solve these issues? Thank you!

    Hi,

Do you have MFA enabled and conditional access policy? Check below points if it helps :

If your organization requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) and you receive an authorization error, your conditional access policy may not be configured correctly.

    • One workaround is for the administrator to disable MFA for these users during Mover migrations.
    • Otherwise, you'll need to contact "Azure Identity" support for help with configuring conditional access policies.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response, but it really doesn't help. Disabling MFA is not an option. Also, when you say "conditional access is not configured correctly" - what exactly do you mean? We have no policies that block or restrict access except requiring MFA. I have seen posts that mover.io isnt working right with educational tenants.
