Erro 400 ao requisitar API Power BI Embedded

Olá pessoal!

Estou tentando conectar na API do Power BI Embedded, porém esta retornando erro 400, já configurei o aplicativo no Azure AD e concedi as permissões conforme documentação, porém não resolveu
