Hi There

iam struggeling with the activation of the Teams Premium Preview.

I allready activated the License for my User, so far so good.

Inside the Teams Admin Center are no Customization options as mentioned in https://aka.ms/TeamsPremium

Where is my fault?

Hello,

Please make sure that you are following the pre-requisites mentioned;

The tenant requirement is:

Must be a commercial, worldwide public sector, EDU, or non-profit tenant.
- At general release, Microsoft won’t offer an EDU-specific license or EDU discounts for Teams Premium.
- GCC, GCC High, and DoD licenses will become available sometime after the general release.

The user requirement is:

An Office 365 or Microsoft 365 subscription with Teams.

If the above is already met and you have already assign the premium license for a week or so, then please reach out to MS Support team and open a ticket with them to investigate.
