ldap run not working

"Cannot start validations because the user does not have permission to read the network resources. Please provide the user with the Reader role to Azure AD Domain Services and the network resources. "
I'm getting a warning. I couldn't find where to let it. I applied all the documentation. my process is ldap

Did you assigned correct permissions to the users for accessing the data within the ADDS - check this page for detailed information - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/files/storage-files-identity-auth-active-directory-domain-service-enable?tabs=azure-portal

I was able to run the ads completely, but when I open a connection from local, I get the error "Can't contact LDAP server", how can I solve it. I am using ads cloud.
