How to view/get email sent from our organisation without being our own domains?

Hello People of the web,
I need to know how to view/get emails sent from our organization without being our own domains?
Example: emails sent without being *@xxxxx.com, *@yyyyy.com and *@zzzzz.com ?
it doesn't matter days back. We have a mail relay appliance but I want to start from our Hybrid mail before going to the gateways.

Could you elaborate it a bit more about what you mean by this? Let's say your own domain is contoso.com, do you mean the "From" addresses of these mails are shown as other domains, while the "return-path" in message headers are contoso.com?
