Why when I use the text-to-speech tool, there is a buzzing sound when playing？

Hi there,
I am using Text-to-Speech in Microsoft Azure. when I select Chinese language, Voice like "Yunye" and play; I hear a buzzing current sound (see attachment). When I choose other Voices, they are all normal. Only this one Voice has a problem. Is this a problem with my computer, or is it a problem with the settings?
P.S.: I used "Yunye" last night, and everything was fine. Thanks!

I have tried my resource in west europe and this voice sounds fine. The attachments do not support audio files so it is not available to download.
It is possible that there could be ongoing backend deployments in a certain region that could cause the voice to not work as expected.

2023-02-07T06:47:23.4966667+00:00 不管是从中国大陆IP，还是欧洲美国IP使用中国普通话云野语音，都会出现爆破音。作为付费用户，从Microsoft官网试用和其他软件上使用都会出现这样的现象。我不明白detailed reproduction还需要我们提供什么。今天依然没有修复好这个问题。麻烦帮忙跟进解决，谢谢。

I uploaded a new video, hope it sheds light. When I generate speech, Yunye's voice is noisy. On Azure 's webpage, Yunye has the same problem. My English is not good, hope I can make it clear.
