Can i reinstall intune on a device that had intune before changing ssd

So were changing our old intune devices to new ones and was wondering can i install intune on the old devices if i change the ssd, we dont have access to the accounts so we cannot remove them from intune.

    For this issue, did you change the system SSD? If yes, this device is a new device and we need to re-enroll it to intune after changing SSD.

    If it is not the system SSD, I think there is no effect to the old device's enrollment.
