Unable to take certification renewal assessment exam for Dynamic 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate

I need to renew certification for Dynamic 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate. However on clicking 'Renew' , it redirects the page to 404 - Page not found.

What should I do to take this assessment?
