    Hello there,

What do you mean by company name ? Deivce company or the company Intune added to your device ?

    BIOS password means Bitlocker ?

This section describes how your device and access to work or school will change after you remove your device from Intune. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/user-help/unenroll-your-device-from-intune-windows

If your system is asking you for your BitLocker recovery key, the following information may help you locate your recovery key and understand why you're being asked to provide it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/finding-your-bitlocker-recovery-key-in-windows-6b71ad27-0b89-ea08-f143-056f5ab347d6

Hope this resolves your Query !!

Looks like you need to contact the old owner of the device if that's not possible you need to file in a request as stated here

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/intune/device-enrollment/import-windows-autopilot-device-csv-files-errors

This happens because the "hash" (tpm/ek /aik / serial / vendor etc etc) is uploaded to the tenant. WIth this hash being uploaded the device is bound to the company (locked down)
