Creating Excel and Word Objects in old Visual Basic 6 broken, again

Since mid January 2023 one of Microsoft Updates broke this functionnality.

I need to support for at least one year old Visual Basic Applications for a client that uses VBA objects like Excel and Word. We are using Office 2016 32 bits edition. This was working fine a couple of days before we applied the latest patches.

WHY are you breaking these functionality?

How do we prevent you from braking it, stop the Updates ?

    Other than "broken". what is the actual problem? Please describe the issue so it can be reproduced, post the exact wording of any error messages, or screen shots showing the issue, and/or upload sample files to a cloud service and post a share link here..

    Case can be closed.

    Uninstalling office and reinstalling fixed the problem.
