I keep getting a WHEA error BSOD every week or so and I have tried several things to resolve it. I ran memory checks, ran HD checks, fixed corrupted files and even upgraded my Surface Dock and still nothing. Keeps happening every week. In the past I couldn't retrieve the data thanks to the dump file not being created but was able to fix it this time. all I get now is an XML view I do not understanding. Below is the data. Any help is appreciated!

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to BSOD.

There can be many reasons of this BSOD error.

    1. Download the latest graphics, audio, network, audio drivers from the Manufacturer's support website. Then reinstall them.

for the graphics drivers select the "perform clean installation" option. then restart your computer.

    1. Make sure the CPU cooler fan is properly attached to the CPU.
    2. If the issue still persists then ask RMA with the manufacturer to sent me a new unit.
