Create an Org Chart Shape/Stencil with Complex Field Layout

Question

I need to maintain org charts for my company. However, at present the layouts for the org charts in Visio do NOT meet the needs for what data needs to be displayed. There are only two boxes where you can have fields display, and when you have multiple fields displaying, it just piles the data on vertically, which is NOT helpful.

When editing the stencils/masters, I have tried all sorts of methods of editing the box, including placing text boxes over the basic information. Nothing I am trying works. If I don't start out with a basic, pre-built org chart shape, and start with a shape from scratch, then I lose all of the functionality of Org Chart (layout, auto hierarchy, org data comparison), which is crucial to my business needs.

Please advise how I can accomplish this setup.

Additionally, there will be times where I need to hide the majority of the information and show only the Title, Status, headcount value, and country.
