Zero or very low accuracy in signature detection for form recognizer custom model

I've been using form recognizer custom model to train a detector able to recognize signatures on ID documents, but after the training, the accuracy of signature field is always very low or even zero, regardless the fact that all the documents are signed and I'm using between 20 and 50 samples of high quality . Could you provide an advice for this issue.

Yuly CASTRO CARTAGENA I believe you are already using the custom template model for selecting the template option for building your project. Have you highlighted the region of the signature and tagged them with signature field during training correctly?

Yes, I've already tagged and selected the signature field correctly. Also I've done it before for other document types and it worked fine, but for the ID cards is not providing good accuracy (below 15), which is why I don't understand why isn't working.

Ok, Thanks for providing additional context. ID cards usually have smaller sized display or signatures, so I am not sure if that is one of the factors that is causing lower accuracy. To determine exactly about lower accuracy, you will have to raise a support case and provide the details of your model and forms to the service team to have them reviewed by product team for better guidance.

You can also report them through feedback on FR portal using the smiley icon on the top right corner of the screen.
