Have you checked in Disk Management (Right-click start, 7th option from the top) to see if the disk shows up? If it shows up in Device Manager, then Disk Management should see it too.
you'll want to check if the drive has been initialized, is an MBR or GPT partition style, and what filesystem it's using, and check that information against the manufacturer's specs & limitations.
If it's not appearing in Disk Management, then it may be a limitation of some kind on the Huawei Matestation. I would then check on the manufacturer's site, or any management software that came preinstalled on the pc, to see if there isn't an option that you can configure.
