Bij wachtwoordherstel voor secretaris@***.nl lees ik dat alleen de beheerder dat kan doen. Hoe kom ik erachter wie de beheerder is?

Het lukt mij niet meer om in te loggen (wachtwoord is niet correct) en de aanvraag voor een nieuwe wachtwoord leidt tot een bericht dat alleen de beheerder dat voor mij kan organiseren. Ik weet alleen niet wie de beheerder is. Hoe kom ik daar achter?
