Will need to know some basic things first.

How far does it boot? Does it show the OEM image on boot?

How does it fail (what exactly is the message)?

Was anything changed before it happened?

If you get into the command prompt (presuming you don't have bitlocker), and run chkdsk /r against the drive what happens?

If you are getting a fatal hardware error, it is possible the hard drive died. If you are able to run diskpart on it, what size does it say the drive is? If it is really small, and it is a SSD, that usually, though not always indicates the drive died.

Hi Shaun, thank you for coming to the forum.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing, I will be happy to assist in the best way I can.

In the troubleshooting options in WinRe, please try to run the Startup Repair, System Restore & Reset PC.

If still didn't work, you will need to perform a clean install and boot from the Windows media tool. The steps are indicated below:

    1. On a working computer, insert a USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space.

NOTE: Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.

    1. Click this link and select your Windows OS: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/
    2. Click Download tool now, and Run the exe file.
    3. Accept the License terms
    4. On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
    5. Select which USB flash drive you want to use.
    6. Start the download. This process would take an hour or two depending on your internet speed.

    Once the download is completed:

    1. Attach the USB flash drive.
    2. Restart your PC.
    3. On the Install Windows page, select your language, time, and keyboard preferences, and then select Next.
    4. Select Install Windows.
