Express VPN connection to server not working - Need help!

Hi all,

I am having a major issue with my Express VPN connection. It seems like the connection to the server is not working and as a result, I am unable to access any webpage on my desktop and notebook. I have tried a number of troubleshooting steps including restarting the network adapters, disabling the VPN, and reinstalling it. I even went as far as uninstalling all network devices, but nothing seems to be working.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you can provide.

Is this only with Express VPN or other VPN also?

The likely causes for these issues include: The VPN server location you are trying to connect to is under maintenance. The VPN connection is blocked by your antivirus or online security application. Not using the latest version of the ExpressVPN app.

When connected to ExpressVPN, your device runs DNS queries using ExpressVPN’s secure DNS servers.

If you use the ExpressVPN app along with an antivirus or online security application such as Norton 360 and Avast, the antivirus or online security application may interfere with the ExpressVPN app and instruct your device not to use ExpressVPN’s DNS servers. This may result in DNS leaks.
