Hi,

After recent change on Microsoft end regarding One drive location for Whiteboard files, we are having issue when a user starts the whiteboard and share the link. the other users in meeting are able to open the whiteboard through link but MTR devices are not able to access the Whiteboard link.

MTR just shows “Something went wrong” and upon retry it says ““Links can only be accessed from a personal device”.

Anyone got any experience with this issue?

we have enabled both:

Set-SPOTenant -AllowAnonymousMeetingParticipantsToAccessWhiteboards On

Teams meeting setting Anonymous users can interact with apps in meetings is enabled

thanks

    Hi @Audi86

I have seen a similar issue which has the same symptom.

Please consider creating a service request in Microsoft 365 admin center to contact support for further investigation on this issue.

    Thanks for your understanding.
